Bucking the trend, we have relocated Kingstudio south to the Macedon Ranges in Central Victoria.
With a low boredom threshold and after nine years in the beautiful Clarence Valley, we threw caution to the wind, sold our Maclean gallery and purchased a fabulous little cottage on an acre and quarter in the Wombat State Forest, in what we have now discovered is one of coldest villages in Victoria.
However, leaving the high humidity of the NSW Northern Rivers for the cool climate forests, mineral springs and historic goldfields has provided a welcome reset, and the opportunity to create a new home, studio, garden and artwork, and to connect with new and old friends and family.
